What are credits?
Every AI action (a brand build, an image, a voice onboarding, a video ad) costs a known number of credits. Plans include a monthly allowance; top-up packs stack on top and are valid for 12 months.
What currency am I charged in?
Checkout is processed in AED via Ziina. USD prices are shown for reference at a fixed conversion.
Do I need Shopify?
No. Forge hosts your store on your own public link out of the box. Shopify sync is there if you want it — products, theme and pages push in one click.
Can the AI spend money or contact people without me?
Never. Publishing, supplier outreach, ad spend and reorders all stop at an approval you explicitly confirm.
What happens when my plan expires?
Plans are 30-day passes. If you don't renew, you drop back to Free — your workspaces and files stay; live publishing pauses until you renew.
